A Kirk Michael land swap activist says questions must be asked about Heritage Homes and its dealings with government.
Edward McMahon is part of the residents' group opposed to the development beside the village's primary school.
It was revealed on Tuesday that an independent inspector's report had recommended to government ministers that they should reject the plans.
Although delighted that the 95-house development will not take place, Mr McMahon says he feels a lot more needs to be uncovered:
