That's the question on the lips of Onchan MHK Julie Edge, who'll question the Chief Minister in the House of Keys next week.
Mrs Edge wants to know what plans the minister has to appoint a departmental member to the cabinet office to replace David Ashford.
Mr Ashford was previously a backbench MHK for Douglas North but has now been appointed as Health and Social Care Minister.
