The Island's capital is set to be officially given city status this afternoon.
Her Majesty the Queen will arrive on the Island this lunchtime, and travel to Douglas City Hall for 12:45pm.
There, she'll deliver a speech on behalf of the King and present the Letters Patent conferring city status on the Borough of Douglas.
A commemorative plaque will be unveiled outside at around 1:15pm, where Queen Camilla will meet members of the public.
After 1:30pm she'll head to Government House to meet representatives from local organisations, charities and community groups, before heading back to the airport after 3pm.
A number of road closures are in place in Douglas throughout the day, you can find more information here.
