Chief Minister Howard Quayle is to get a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
Mr Quayle will be awarded the honour for his services to the Manx people.
The announcement revealing his win says he kept close to, and retained the confidence of, the UK Government during Brexit negotiations.
Also honoured in the list are ornithologist Christopher Sharpe - who gets an MBE - and musician Joan Cannell, who's to be given a BEM.
