A quantity of prescribed methadone and diazepam has been lost between Shoprite and Tower Street in Ramsey.
It was lost around 9.30am yesterday.
The medication has adverse side effects and poses a high health risk if taken, especially by children.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Ramsey Police Station.
