A rise in the number of people working from home may mean a former pub's upper floors are converted into apartments.
The former Cornerhouse on Lord Street in Douglas was converted into offices some years ago, but a new planning application says fewer small businesses are looking for office space.
The plans would see four flats created in what is currently office space.
In its application, Equimann Ltd says it's seen a noticeable decline in the number of businesses looking for office space.
