The public are being invited to travel on one of the controversial bendy buses today.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure is running the articulated vehicles on a number of passenger services between Douglas and Ramsey.
Minister Graham Cregeen says many people have requested a trial to help them decide for themselves about issues including safety and reliability.
A one month trial of the bendy buses is said to be progressing well – despite initial teething problems with buses breaking down.
The bendy buses will run on various services until 4pm – for timetables visit www.iombusandrail.info.
