A pub manager was spat at and racially abused after a customer was asked to leave.
Ethan Georgeson, of Queens Road in Port St Mary appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 22-year-old admitted assault and disorderly behaviour following the incident at the Haven Pub in Port Erin on March 15.
He was asked to leave but spat at the manager, shouting racial abuse and trying to punch him.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and is due to appear in court again on June 18.
