Does Laxey need a tax on visitors to raise money for the area?

Julie Pinson asked for a 'tourism tax' which would see tariffs on tourist accommodation raising money for the board.
Commissioners said the Island currently didn't have laws to bring in such a charge, and it would be a national matter to be determined by Tynwald.
