The Island's Infrastructure Minister says the proposed new ferry terminal in Liverpool could provide 'comfortable and modern facilities'.
Images of the suggested design were released yesterday ahead of submission of a planning application next month.
Ray Harmer added that the building could serve generations 'for many years to come'.
If approved, it would open at the Prince's Half Tide Dock in 2020.
