A benefit fraudster who didn't declare her partner was living with her and giving her money has been put on probation.
42 year old Laura Jane Middleton of Willaston Crescent in Douglas was overpaid a total of £3,448.
A hearing at Douglas Courthouse was told she's due to start paying the money back next month.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood put Middleton on probation for 12 months and ordered her to pay £50 costs.
