The Isle of Man Prison is working in partnership with local organisations to support some of the most vulnerable members of the community.
Prisoners are growing vegetables in the garden and polytunnel then making fresh soup for those who visit the homeless shelter Graih.
The local charity, based on Broadway in Douglas, provides emergency beds, a place to socialise and food.
The soup is delivered to the drop-in centre each fortnight - the Onchan Rotary Club has also offered its support by donating a new cauldron to reheat the soup.
