The Chief Minister says the UK Prime Minister is ‘pushing at an open door’.
Allan Bell has responded after David Cameron sent an open letter about tax transparency to 10 of Britain’s crown dependencies and overseas territories.
It’s ahead of the G8 summit which is being held in Ireland next month.
In it the PM said he respected the right of jurisdictions to have lower tax but only if the tax owed is actually paid. He also called for improvement in the way information is exchanged.
But Mr Bell says the Isle of Man is already leading the way:
