An annual review has said Noble's Hospital is 'extremely good' at educating junior doctors.
A team from Health Education England visited in June as part of the review of medical education and training for junior doctors on Island.
Earlier this year it was revealed the Isle of Man ranked in the top 25 per cent of hospitals for junior doctors' core medical training in Britain.
Foundation training programme director Alison Hool says the reviewers were impressed with the level of involvement, accessibility and quality of opportunities:
