Bad weather forced the cancellation of last night’s TT practice session despite the start time being pushed back.
Conditions on the course slowly deteriorated throughout the afternoon and following two inspection laps clerk of the course Gary Thompson took a decision to abandon racing for the evening.
It means competitors will now have three sessions before the superbike race on Saturday.
Tonight will see the superbike, superstock, supersport and newcomers go out from 6.20pm with the sidecars following at 8pm.
