The lower section of Poulsom Park in Castletown has re-opened.
Commissioners there confirmed the update this morning, saying social distancing must be maintained and that the Bullring remains closed until landscaping work there is finished.
Meanwhile, the authority adds it's aware of people climbing over fences to access the riding bowl which is currently closed, and that residents should be patient 'for a little longer and hopefully we can all enjoy the wider facilities throughout the summer'.
Officials add play parks will only open again when guidance says it's safe to do so.
