The Post Office expects to receive airmail as normal tomorrow morning.
That's according to Chief Executive Simon Keen in another statement following today's evacuation.
He said staff are working hard to minimise any disruption to customers during this situation, which is out of their control.
The board has again apologised for any inconvenience caused.
