Social housing tenants in Ramsey say they're happy with service from the town's Commissioners.
Residents recently completed a questionnaire that will soon be an annual means of feedback.
The results showed overall they were satisfactied with value for money and the quality of repairs and maintenance.
Lead member for housing and property Michelle Quayle says it's a feedback exercise that'll be held regularly in future:
