There will be 22 luxury Glamping Pods, 8 Luxury - 2 Bedroom Chalets, 21 Campervan Bays with Electric & Water and a 200 Seat Function Room.
A new glamping site is coming to the Island in 2022.
Glen Helen Camping Ltd took to social media to reveal the news.
It says its sister company 'Reayrt Vradda Ltd' has signed the lease for the new 10-acre site in Port Erin.
It will be home to 22 luxury glamping pods, eight luxury chalets, a function room/cafe, 21 bays for campervans (all with electric and water hookups) in a secure location with stunning views of the Manx countryside.
Reayrt Vradda is a 15 minute walk from Port Erin town center.
The custom-built pods and chalets will all feature ensuite showers and toilets, underfloor heating, kitchenettes, 240-volt electrics & high-speed internet.
