A candidate in the upcoming Port Erin by-election says he thinks the commissioners could do 'better for everyone'.
Ian Swindells is standing for one of two seats up for contention in the village.
He believes as a small business owner he has insight into what villagers really want to change.
The by-election is taking place on 8 December to fill two vacant seats - six people are standing for election.
Residents can vote at Port Erin Commissioners' office on Bridson Street from 8am until 8pm.
The other candidates standing are:
John Anslow
Adele Betteridge
Dawn Curry
Hayley Fox
David Silvester
