A thief got away with a Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal box from Braddan Church sometime between 9am last Thursday and midday on Saturday.
Its been branded a despicable and callous theft, with the spokesperson saying it's obvious the person has no respect.
The Police are urging anybody with information to come forward and aid the police in their investigation.
