Police on the Island are warning of a recent scam that's targeting dentists.
Officers say It involves an unknown person making a prepayment for services over the phone and then requesting chargebacks from the credit card company.
Officers say dentists have been targeted but this scam could impact on any business on the Island.
It's advised to be vigilant and take full details of customers whilst speaking to them on the phone.
