Police say items are being stolen from properties undergoing renovation in the South of the Island.
Officers those responsible targeted developer Hartford Homes, taking two DeWalt batteries, a DeWalt Radio, tins of a paint and a number of sockets.
They're asking the public to be on the lookout in case thieves try to sell the items.
