The Island's Police are reminding young people to avoid exploring derelict building sites and unoccupied houses.
Officers say they often get reports of youngsters climbing on roofs and going into potentially dangerous areas.
They add people shouldn't underestimate how dangerous it can be, with young people at risk of getting hurt and finding themselves liable to criminal proceedings.
People are asked to stay safe and out of areas where risks are not always clear and obvious.
