Police Seize Large Quantities of Drugs in Latest Operation Deflect
Last week yet another large scale sting operation was carried out by the Isle of Man Constabulary in the fight against drugs on the Island.
In total ten warrants under the misuse of drugs act were executed across the Island by the Neighbourhood Policing Teams.
In total 18 people were arrested for offences ranging from money laundering to drugs.
During the operation the full spectrum of controlled drugs were seized including ecstasy, heroin, cocaine, amphetamine, and cannabis and a number of people have been charged and will appear in Court.
