Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a missing 21-year-old who was last seen on Monday evening.
Ryan Kelly was last seen in the Jurby area at around 8pm.
He’s described as being 5’11” tall, of medium build with short brown hair and brown eyes.
He was wearing a blue polo shirt, black knee length shorts and blue ankle high pumps.
Anyone who sees Ryan has been asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
