The Manx Constabulary is to hold recruitment sessions at three UK airports in the next month.
It's hoped the drive will attract experienced officers to the island.
A spokesman said applications are invited from all ranks - from constables to detectives and those with supervision status.
The three sessions will be held at Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester airports.
It comes after the force announced it would issue a one-off payment of £3,000 to officers to help stem the "large number of resignations from the constabulary over the past two years".
Many have cited low pay as the main factor.
