Police have recruited five new officers from the UK.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts took to Twitter to confirm the news earlier this week.
He says as well as welcoming the 'experienced' five, a Manx officer is returning to work after a career break.
He adds qualify of life played a part in attracting employees to the Island.
