A group of colleagues from the Island constabulary have raised thousands for charity in a gruelling challenge.
Nick Haxby, Bobby Syme and Phil Shimmin - all from Douglas - completed the Royal British Legion's 'Pedal to Paris' event generating £4,500 in the process.
The trio managed to cycle from London all the way to the French capital as part of a 120-strong pelaton - they also funded their own trip and raised money for the legion through a series of other events.
Mr Haxby says it was a 'challenging but highly rewarding experience' and is also thanking the Steam Packet Company which assisted the team with their travel.
