Police in the west of the Island are looking for witnesses following an incident involving a silver van and brown people carrier.
It happened on Main Road, Kirk Michael near the EVF Petrol Station around 7:30am on March 22.
Officers are looking to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, and who saw the van and car stopped in the roadway.
