An investigation has been launched after burglars smashed there way in to a shop in Pulrose stealing a substantial amount of cash.
Between 3:00AM and 3:30AM this morning (Tuesday) The Top Shop convenience store had the front window smashed, the thieves entered and stole what police describe as a considerable amount of money.
A number of pay as you go phone cards were also taken.
Police are anxious to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area of the Pulrose estate.
