The Island's Police are investigating after a number of sentimental items were stolen from a house in Union Mills.
Missing items include a Georgian sterling silver teapot, an antique Chinese carved jade fish and two antique sterling silver vases.
Officers say they've spoken to a number of auction companies and second hand shops but ask business owners to remain alert in case any of the items pass through their stores.
Anyone who has been sold and of the items or knows where they are is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
