Police are appealing for information after a black car was spotted driving dangerously in Douglas in the early hours of this morning.
Officers say the driver was seen at around 1.20am in Stevenson Way in Anagh Coar, turning onto Cushag Road before driving off at speed.
In particular, officers they'd like to hear from a motorist who was at the traffic lights leading onto the New Castletown Road, who may hold vital clues for the investigation.
