Police are appealing for information or dashcam footage after they stopped a black motorcycle in Douglas.
Officers stopped the black Yamaha at around 5.00pm on Monday July 7, after reports it was allegedly being ridden at high speeds.
They are asking anyone who may have seen it on The New Castletown Road, Quarter Bridge, or Bray Hill to come forward.
