Police are appealing for witnesses, following reports of dangerous driving in the north of the Island.
The incident happened on Tuesday at 10am, near the Everlasting Bends in Laxey.
Officers say they received reports of an English-registered grey Lexus, overtaking numerous vehicles in the area.
