Police are appealing for information after an altercation in the east of the Island.
The incident happened on Saturday, September 8 on Athol Street in Douglas at approximately 7pm.
Officers say a pedestrian was acting inappropriately in the road when a female - who was driving a Blue Mini at the time, beeped her horn at them.
