Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a hit and run left a motorist's leg trapped in a car door.
Officers say the driver of a red 4x4 has collided with the passenger door of a stationary silver VW Polo, didn't stop and drove off.
It happened at 11.15am on Wednesday (30 March) on Lower Dukes Road in Douglas.
The constabulary say they believe the driver would have known they'd hit the other vehicle.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
