Police are appealing for information after damage was caused to a vehicle earlier this week.
It happened at around 12.30pm on Tuesday.
Officers say a flat-bed type vehicle travelling southbound on the New Castletown Road between the Spring valley and Anagh Coar traffic lights shed a load of pipes.
As a result, minor damage was caused to a passing vehicle.
Anyone who saw the incident or knows the driver is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
