Police are appealing for information after a large amount of bubble wrap and boxes were dumped in a stream.
In a post on social media officers say it happened 'sometime in the past few days'.
The items were dropped near the Gooseneck section of the Mountain Road.
Anyone who may have information is being asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
