The Isle of Man Constabulary and the Department of Infrastructure are launching a new initiative designed to reduce accidents on the stretch of Mountain Road between Ramsey and Douglas.

As part of the campaign they're wanting to remind the public that the Mountain Road will once again be one-way during the TT festival.
This system has been in force for a few years now and has seen a significant decrease in head on and fatal collisions.
The ‘Mountain Safe’ campaign is in place now, with a billboard poster visible at the hairpin in Ramsey.
