Police advice on securing bicycles

Police are advising people to take extra measures to secure their bikes.

The constabulary took to social media, and say there appears to be a recent trend of bikes going missing.

Officers say you can take additional precautions such as using a bike lock or securing your shed.

They're also reminding cyclists to use their lights during winter nights, when it gets dark earlier.
