There are plans to refurbish the old air traffic control tower at Jurby airfield.
The structure was built during the Second World War, when the site operated as an RAF airbase.
It’s since been used as a race control centre for motorsport events, which are now held on the former runway area.
Works will involve repairs and maintenance of the exterior and interior.
Special consent is needed for the planning application to do this, as it's a registered building.
