Plans have been put forward to revamp a former guest house in Douglas.
The proposals for 8 Clifton Terrace are to create 12 en-suite bedrooms with the ability to hold up to 18 people.
Those behind the application say the outside of the building wouldn't be altered.
The building had previously been a 14-room guest house but closed last year.
