Plans for a £40m housing development in Ramsey have officially been submitted.
Sulby Riverside Limited launched a public consultation on the project in December, before submitting plans for the site.
The proposals include 207 new homes, five commercial spaces, a pub with rooms and a new football pitch.
The site is bounded by Gardeners's Lane to the west, Poyll Dooey Road and town centre to the east and south and the River Sulby to the north.
