An Island developer says it wants to build another 15 units on an industrial estate in the south of the Island.
Dandara Commercial has applied for permission to put up the buildings on the Balthane Industrial Estate.
In its planning application, the company says it's part of a phased expansion of the facilities.
And adds the 1,000-square-foot units would match the buildings already finished.
