A former off licence in Douglas could become a takeaway if planners approve new proposals.
Plans have been submitted to turn the former Hooded Ram outlet in Clinches Court into a delicatessen.
It's expected the deli would serve hot and cold food, but wouldn't have facilities for people to eat in.
The unit was last used by office company Hubb.
Nearby eatery Mrs Yangs remains open for business, and has no connection to the proposed deli.
