A disused site near Peel harbour could see two houses built on it.
Allen Corlett of Ballacross Farm has applied for planning permission to build the two new homes on Station Road.
In his application he says the homes couldn't have parking spaces on-site because of the reduced visibility from nearby junctions.
And he adds the traditional sandstone from the walls around the site would be reused to make sure the homes fit in with the local area's character.
