Planning permission has been sought for more than 300 homes, a primary school and retirement home in Braddan.
Hartford Homes has applied to build 328 properties on land east of Braddan Road.
This would consist of two-bed and three-bed bungalows, alongside three, four, five and six bed homes.
There are also 24 proposed 'affordable houses' for first-time buyers.
