Candidates are being sought to join the Isle of Man's planning committee.
Straightforward planning applications are determined at 'officer level' but the committee considers more complex or larger developments.

There are no formal requirements to sit on the committee but 'it's desirable' to have knowledge of the Island and experience in the private, public or third sectors.
