Crosby could be getting a village shop as a developer submits a new planning application.
A previous bid to build the unit on Peel Road was eventually turned down at appeal.
Now, JM Project Management of Glen Vine has submitted a new planning application for the building.
The shop would form part of a housing estate just over the road from the Crosby Hotel.
